Personnel Management Assistance Team
Personnel Management Assistance Teams (PMAT) were established by SB 1209. We are one of six county offices of education in the state to establish a PMAT. We will provide technical assistance to county offices and school districts within Region B , which encompasses counties from Napa south to Monterey.

- We can provide personnel management needs assessment for the district, as well as for the individual schools.
- We can provide assistance with best practices for recruitment, selection, and retention of highly qualified teachers
- We can assist you to develop a multi-year plan for the equitable distribution of highly qualified and experienced teachers.

- We will provide Technical assistance in implementation of personnel management plans

- We will help coordinate with QEIA and CMIS to review program requirements
