TUITION REIMBURSEMENT
The Tuition Reimbursement Program pays for tuition, books and course-related
materials within negotiated guidelines for each bargaining unit
for SCCOE employees and Management Team members. Specific
eligibility and maximum amounts per employee are listed below.
Conferences, workshops and symposiums which fall on paid working days are
considered professional development and are to be covered by the employee's
appropriate program funds, not tuition reimbursement. CTA coursework must
be at an accredited university or college and apply toward education units
and/or degree plan (see specifics below for all teachers). Non teaching
Classified employees include OTBS, OSS and Management may take job-related
courses with the approval of their supervisor or manager.
